What Payments are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, certified funds and checks.  Please be aware that we cannot accept payment via credit card for our bankruptcy services.  However, we can accept debit card payments for bankruptcy.

What Are Your Hours?

The hours online indicate that we are open 24/7.  This is accurate for phone calls and emergencies.  Our typical business hours are 10am-5pm and 8:30pm-10pm during the week and weekend afternoons.

Who should I expect to hear from?

Typically, you will hear from either Glenn or Scott first.  Then you will be assigned a paralegal.  Please see our staffing pages for who is currently available.  Also, feel free to call our main office to verify that you are talking to someone from our firm.

How will I be contacted?

We offer our services statewide and over the internet only, if you choose.  We also have offices around the valley if you want to meet in person.  Expect phone calls, e-mails, texts from your attorney or paralegal.

What locations do you have?

This changes frequently as most of our satellite offices will not be staffed except for appointments.  Please our contact page for most recent locations.
